What makes you different from every other sleep consultant?

I’ve been there, so I believe that there’s no one size fits all or cookie cutter approach here! I know that each and every baby is unique, therefore requiring a level of parenting and consideration specific to their needs.

I love incorporating my 15 yrs + of experience as a registered pharmacist in Australia to help sleep-deprived families achieve harmonious sleep.

I understand the science of postpartum depression where I’m sympathetic and know how you feel. I can guide you as per your pace during the sleep coaching program. I cannot diagnose medical conditions. But I can answer many questions about medicines, recommend non-prescription products for baby’s sickness, reflux etc.

I incorporated my pharmacist’s knowledge to write a holistic targeted sleep science-based sleep plan to suit the individual family. I have the knowledge of baby’s nutrition that can improve your baby’s sleep.

Most of all I truly want you and your family to get some well-deserved sleep and use all my experience and skills to help you achieve those results.

Sleep coaching is the process creating a conducive sleep environment, establishing a healthy sleep foundation, balanced out sleep correctly with circadian rhythms, helping a baby to have positive opportunities to learn to fall asleep independently and stay asleep for a better quality of sleep. Sleep coaching should be done holistically; the needs of each child and temperament are the factors to be considered.

Some children have no trouble falling back into slumber once already lying down while others may need some assistance from mum during a tough sleep cycle — so it’s important that parents teach these skills early!

Not at all!  As a mum of 2, I understand it isn’t always possible to have all naps at home every day.  Whilst I do strongly recommend clients to put as much commitment over the support periods and restrict outdoor activities whilst providing as many positive opportunities to your child mastering the sleeping skills.

I strive for routine to be 80/20 rule, where you can achieve naps on the go with a predictable flexible routine while thriving in parenthood. 

Each child is an individual, so will respond differently. In saying that, most parents will see a positive change within the first 3 days! This is provided they remain super consistent with their approach and get behind all the resources provided.

If your child becomes unwell prior to the start of the process, we would highly recommend putting your plan on hold until your child is medically healthy to commence.  Minor coughs and colds aren’t too much cause for concern and neither is teething. However, the sleep plan must be implemented within 30 days from the date of purchase as the personalized sleep plan will not be applicable anymore.

Absolutely! In my Packages here, you’ll see that I offer access via Skye, WeChat or WhatsApp to parents around the world.

I’m also fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa, however all sleep assessments will be delivered in English to you!

No need to cry it out!

There are plenty of other gentle methods for your little one to get their sleep needs met without needing Cry It Out.

I can’t promise no tears as crying is always a part of the way your child communicates! First and foremost, we will work with you efficiently to minimize the tears involved, to empower your journey , implement a customised and age-appropriate sleep plan that best suit your little one’s temperament and your unique parenting style.  

I will be providing you with all the tools you need to be as responsive as possible, while new positive sleep changes are evolving. I will hold your hands every step of the way during the sleep journey!

We specialise working with newborn from 3 weeks old and children up to 5 years old.

Keep in mind that newborns aged 3-12 weeks old are mainly focused on laying healthy sleep foundations as they are not neurologically ready to self-soothe.

Our services are empowering parents with baby sleep science tools to get you thriving in parenthood without cry it out approach! We are not about “training” a baby to sleep as every baby is neurological can sleep.  We are here to tailor the coaching service to allow you build the bonds by responsive and respectful ways to keep supporting your child for years to come. You will leave with a sleep tool box with confidence to keep you thriving!

We understand that life can sometimes bring Us challenges out of our control. If You need to put the package on hold for unfortunate circumstances eg baby’s illness, the sleep plan must be implemented within 30 days from the date of payment. We will do our best to work with You and come to a resolution at the discretion of Miracle Dreambaby Sleep Consulting. 

Failure to do so will result in the expiration of the follow-up support and a repurchase will be necessary.
